It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Florea Iordache, who passed away peacefully on October 19, 2026, at the age of 80.

 

Born on October 1, 1946, in Urzica Mare, Romania, Florin lived a life touched the hearts of many. He will be remembered not only as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and family man, but also as a dear friend, a respected colleague and a man whose kindness, warmth and wisdom left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

 

Florin leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory and carry his legacy forward. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Irinula Iordache, his daughter, Eliza Costache and son, Lucian Iordache; his son-in-law, Nicusor Costache and daughter-in-law, Cristina Raluca Iordache; and his cherished grandchildren, Leon Costache and Ana Iordache.

 

His family was his greatest legacy and the love they shared will forever remain in their hearts. His memory will live on through the generations, in the stories they tell, the values he instilled and the love that will always unite them.

 

A Life Remembered with Love

 

Florea was also deeply respected and fondly remembered by his colleagues at MAT SA. As respected director and a valued friend, he was admired for his kindness, his thoughtful words and his ability to offer encouragement even in difficult times. His colleagues will remember him with gratitude and affection, keeping his memory alive through the stories and moments they shared.

 

Though words cannot fully express the sorrow of saying goodbye, the love Florea gave, the lives he touched and the memories created throughout his lifetime will remain a lasting source of comfort.

 

He will be remembered with love, missed beyond words and never forgotten.

 

May God grant him eternal rest and may his memory be eternal.
