In Loving Memory of Nicolas Ibrahim Haddad<\/strong><\/p>

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, Nicolas Ibrahim Haddad, who left us on January 9, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Guida Soueidan; the families of his brothers, the late Kayssar (late Ghalieh Nemer) and the late Anis (Sabah B\u00e9drossian); the families of his sisters, the late Najla (late Youssef El Moussa), the late Laurice (late Iskandar Nemer), and the late Alice; as well as his dear nephews and nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends.<\/p>

Born and raised in the vibrant heart of Lebanon, Nicolas was a man of unwavering determination and boundless kindness. Together with his brother Anis, he built a thriving business in Adelaide, Australia, where he left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Later, Nicolas and his beloved wife embraced a new chapter in Montreal, establishing a warm and loving home filled with cherished memories.<\/p>

Nicolas was not only a devoted husband, brother, uncle and friend but also a beacon of light for all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kind-hearted nature, infectious joy, and sharp wit\u2014delivered with his signature Australian accent\u2014brought laughter and comfort to countless lives. He had a gift for meaningful conversations, always engaging with an open heart and a curious mind.<\/p>

His zest for life, tolerance, and generosity were unmatched, and his legacy lives on in the love he shared with family and friends. Nicolas reminded us to embrace life with kindness and to find joy in every moment, big or small.<\/p>

While our hearts ache in his absence, we take solace in the beautiful memories he leaves behind. He will forever be missed and lovingly remembered.<\/p>

The family will receive relatives and friends at Funeral Home LFC Rive-Nord, 3535 Boul L\u00e9vesque Est, Laval, on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 3 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, January 25, at 11 a.m. at the Saint-Sauveur Cathedral (10025 Bld de l’Acadie, Montreal), followed by interment at the St-Vincent de-Paul Cemetery in Laval.<\/p>

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec in honor of Nicolas\u2019s legacy and to support ongoing efforts to improve lives.\u00a0

C\u2019est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annon\u00e7ons le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de notre bien-aim\u00e9 Nicolas Ibrahim Haddad qui nous a quitt\u00e9s le 9 janvier 2025. N\u00e9 et \u00e9lev\u00e9 au Liban, Nicolas forma avec son fr\u00e8re Anis une entreprise prosp\u00e8re \u00e0 Ad\u00e9la\u00efde en Australie avant de venir s\u2019installer \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et y fonder son foyer. Nicolas \u00e9tait un homme simple et authentique, chaleureux, bienveillant et cultiv\u00e9. Il nous manquera, comme nous manqueront sa joie de vivre, sa bont\u00e9, sa tol\u00e9rance et sa g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9.<\/p>

La famille accueillera parents et amis au Salon Fun\u00e9raire LFC Rive-Nord situ\u00e9 au 3535 Boul L\u00e9vesque Est, Laval, le vendredi 24 janvier 2025 de 15h \u00e0 21h. Le service religieux sera c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 le samedi 25 janvier \u00e0 11h en la Cath\u00e9drale Saint-Sauveur (10025 Bld de l\u2019Acadie \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al), suivi de l\u2019inhumation qui aura lieu au Cimeti\u00e8re Saint-Vincent-de-Paul \u00e0 Laval.<\/p>
